Hueday is a mood journal that lives entirely on your iPhone. It has no sign-in, no server of ours and no internet connection to speak of.
What the app stores
Your daily check-ins (the mood you pick, the tags you choose and the note you write), the tags you create, and your settings such as appearance, first day of the week and reminder time. All of it sits in a single file in the app's private storage on your iPhone. It is never uploaded or shared with us or with anyone else.
What we collect
Nothing. Hueday has no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no accounts, and it does not read your photos, contacts, location or Health data.
Reminders
If you switch on the daily reminder, the app asks iOS for permission to send notifications and then schedules one local notification at the time you chose. It is created on your iPhone and nothing leaves the device. You can switch it off in the app or in iOS Settings whenever you like.
Exports
When you choose "Export as CSV", the file is built on your iPhone and handed to the iOS share sheet. You decide where it goes; the app does not send it anywhere.
Deleting your data
"Erase journal" in Settings removes every check-in and your own tags. Deleting the app removes everything it stored.
Not medical advice
Hueday is meant for general wellbeing and personal reflection. It does not diagnose, treat or monitor any condition.
Children
The app collects no information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
